We (and our licensors) own all rights in the site’s software, design, and trademarks. Except for the limited rights granted in these Terms, no license is granted.

8) Disclaimers

We provide the directory “as is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, reviews, or availability/quality of contractor services. Interactions between consumers and contractors are at your own risk.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Labor Loop and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your listings, content, or misuse of the site.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms. You may cancel your paid plan at any time; some provisions survive termination.

12) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of laws. Venue and jurisdiction will be in the state or federal courts located in Utah. If we later adopt arbitration, we will update these Terms with those details.
