- Account & Listing Data: If contractors create a listing, we collect business details (name, email, phone, category, service area, photos, and descriptions).
- Usage & Device Data: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, referral URLs, and general location derived from IP.
- Cookies & Analytics: We use PostHog to measure usage, improve features, and debug issues.
- Communications: Emails or messages you send us.
How we use information
- Operate and improve the site, provide search, and manage contractor listings.
- Analytics and product improvement via PostHog.
- Security, fraud prevention, and compliance with law.
- Send service-related messages and (if applicable) optional updates you can opt out of.

We do not sell personal information.

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Terms of Service

1) Agreement & Eligibility
By using Local Labor Loop, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old to use the consumer search features and have authority to bind your business to create a contractor listing.
2) The Service
- For consumers: A free directory to discover local contractors and provide reviews.
- For contractors: Paid listings to be discoverable; additional features may be offered.
3) Accounts & Listings
- We list publicly available business contact info. If you’re the owner: claim, edit, or opt-out anytime by contacting [email protected]
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing.
- We may remove or edit listings that are misleading, unlawful, or violate these Terms.
- You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content to operate and promote your listing.
4) Acceptable Use
- No illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
- No scraping, rate-limiting evasion, or security interference without our written permission.
- No uploading of content you don’t have rights to or that infringes others’ rights.
5) Fees & Billing (Contractors)
- Taxes may apply. You can get refunded for the time you do not use. Example, if you pay for 3 months and want a refund after month 1, you will be refunded for the 2 unused months.
6) Reviews & Photos
- Reviews should be honest and based on real experiences. We may moderate or remove reviews that are spammy, abusive, or irrelevant.
- Photos must depict real work and you must have rights to share them.
7) Intellectual Property
We (and our licensors) own all rights in the site’s software, design, and trademarks. Except for the limited rights granted in these Terms, no license is granted.
8) Disclaimers
We provide the directory “as is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, reviews, or availability/quality of contractor services. Interactions between consumers and contractors are at your own risk.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Labor Loop and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your listings, content, or misuse of the site.
11) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms. You may cancel your paid plan at any time; some provisions survive termination.
12) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of laws. Venue and jurisdiction will be in the state or federal courts located in Utah. If we later adopt arbitration, we will update these Terms with those details.
13) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
